It is the most colourful event in Lagos, as high society and most quintessential celebs stepped out last night July 3, to enjoy what turned out to be a beautiful evening of jazz music.
When it started three years back, not so many people believe it could live up to its expectation, but now that its is in its third year, Sax Appeal delivered almost more than it promised; Trilling fans with breathtaking performances from host Mike Aremu, sensational singer Waje, the extraordinarily and most talented singer Yolanda Brown, ‘king of the strings Kunle Ayo, the super talented Judith Sephuma, and Jazz Maestro Kenny G who, backed by his 5-piece band, took guests to heaven and back!
Mike Aremu vision alongside classic fm , put together this year "SAX APPEAL", with high calibre guests paying up to a million Naira for VIP tables. Sources say the event gulped nearly N100M – almost entirely through private funding and organisational support.
The event was hosted by Tee A, with support from MC Abbey and occasional appearances by the Classic FM team of OAPs.
