U.S RAP STAR "NICKY MINAJ" VIDEO BAN ON BLACK ENTERTAINMENT TELEVISON B.E.T

International Cable Network "Black Entertainment Television (BET)" has banned the rapper Nicki Minaj’s latest video ‘Stupid hoe’.

According to a rep for the Viacom-owned channel, the video received the ban because it is too explicit for the network.

T he video directed by the legendary music video director Hype Williams was released on January 20, 2012 via Minaj’s YouTube account and broke a VEVO record of 4.8 million views in an hour. ‘Stupid hoe’ is a single from her second studio album, Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded.

The 3 minute, thirty seconds video however has been receiving negative reviews as viewers have expressed their dislike for the content Minaj portrays .

On her YouTube page, the video registered 152,772 likes but 322,631 dislikes. Neither Minaj nor her management have commented on the matter.
