American R&B singer Rihanna has launched her new perfume ‘Nude‘ with pictures of her naked body.

The pictures, which recently found their way online, showed the star, with a new blonde hairdo, in different poses and seductive expressions.

The day before the photos leaked, the Def Jam singer uploaded a message on her Instagram saying ‘I got a big shoot tomorrow for a surprise fragrance for my ladies called…NUDE! Bye bye dreadz, for NOW!‘

The perfume is to hit the shelves very soon and was inspired by the success of her previous perfume, Reb’l Fleur, which she launched in 2011.

This isn’t the first time Rihanna has taken risqué photos. She recently posed for a topless shoot handled by Melissa Forde for the June edition of Esquire UK magazine. Who’s complaining?

Going by the rumor going on,it might be true or just mere speculations,but with proven pictures,it might be. Just Some months ago, news broke that Toni Payne, the estranged wife of Alapomeji Records boss, 9ice, was pregnant for the hip-ju artiste.

Couple of Weeks after, 9ice reportedly denied being responsible for Toni's reported pregnancy.

Weeks later, we reported that both Toni and 9ice were planning a reunion after being separated for about two years. It was also reported that both were still seeing each other at a rendezvous around Magodo, Lagos.

Less than two months now, 9ice sacked his manager, Dehinde Fajana, which sources told us had to go for the reported come back between Toni and 9ice to materialize.

Dehinde, has sometimes been alleged by Toni to be responsible for her marriage crack.

On April 30, 2012, Toni Payne stormed Eko Hotel and Suites, venue of 2Face's album launch concert, with what some believed to be bump in her stomach area.

In the above picture, Toni Payne looks pregnant in the dress. For now, no other man has been romantically linked with Toni.

There has been an underground war,Azonto crooner,"Wizkid" is enraged by media statement making the round that he is jittery over Rave making "Davido"s status update.

The artiste according to sources, is very angry at the suggestion that he is frightened by the fast rising profile of the Dami Duro crooner and wondered how he,an acclaimed musician and piece of the future could get frightened by Davido’s claims to limelight.

"Honestly,I don’t know how someone could imagine that I’m afraid of Davido’s entrance into the Nigeria music scene.For me not to make it personal I think it’s something referred to my team" he said in an interview with us.

Former Super Eagles player and actress Stephanie Okereke‘s ex, "Chikelue Iloanusi" has spoken out about his relationship with the newly married star.

In an recent interview with journalists, Iloanusi disclosed the events that led to their break-up.

According to him, Stephanie sued him for N100m on the grounds that he was married to another woman in America, to which he replied, ‘If I had been married to another woman and she had the documents to prove it, nobody would talk about the court striking the case out. What she should be suing me for would have been bigamy. Nobody has charged me for bigamy. If I was charged with that, I would have defended myself and provided every document to show the real state of things. Everybody in Nigeria knows that when you have two marriages, you will be charged with bigamy.‘

He also denied that she was the main breadwinner during their marriage.

Iloanusi wished her the best in her new marriage, but criticized the public nature of her wedding, saying ‘Even if she wants to remarry, does she have to tell the general public about it? Nobody is stopping her. Everything about life is about upbringing and orientation, but I wish her the best of luck. I’m not competing with her. She no longer exists in my life. I hope she doesn’t come out of this marriage again and start going to newspapers saying the man did this or that to her. I don’t want anybody to break her heart‘.

As regards why he has been silent on the matter for so long, he said he didn’t want to discuss his life on the pages of newspapers, adding that ‘I’ve moved on very well and very fast. I have parted ways with her. I don’t have anything to do with her and I’ll never have anything to do with her. I’ll not wish her bad luck. She is not news to me…My fans should ignore her and whatever she says about me. It is not as if I cannot respond to everything she has been saying about me in the newspapers, it is just that she is not in my class‘.

Fast rising pop artist and the new face of MTN Pulse, David Adeleke "Davido", has collaborated with Konvict Music boss and multi-talented Senegalese singer "Akon", on the remix of his popular song ‘Dami Duro‘

According to the artiste, who recently spoke with Blue Revolution Entertainment in Miami, ‘Dami duro remix featuring Akon was recorded last week and it will be out soon’.

Meanwhile, the young star shot two new videos: Yoruba love song and Oversees featuring Shina Rambo in Miami.

Davido’s debut album is expected to be released in July at the ever busy Expo centre of Eko Hotels and Suites, Lagos.

According to reports from LOS ANGELES (Reuters) "Whitney Houston"s teenage daughter "Bobbi Kristina Brown" will star in a reality TV show that follows the family of the "I Will Always Love You" singer as they cope with her sudden death earlier this year.

The Lifetime channel said on Friday that Bobbi Kristina Brown, 19, Houston's mother Cissy, the singer's brother Gary, and her manager and sister-in-law Pat Houston would all appear in the show that will air later this year.

"The Houston Family Chronicles", billed as a documentary series, will follow Pat and Gary Houston "as they take on their greatest challenge, supporting and guiding Bobbi Kristina as she faces the world alone, without the one person she relied on the most, her mother," Lifetime said.

Bobbi Kristina is the only child of Houston with her ex-husband Bobby Brown, and she was hospitalized twice for anxiety after her mother was found dead in a Beverly Hills hotel room in February. She is now being raised by Pat and Gary Houston.

Houston, 48, drowned in her hotel room's bathtub in what authorities have said was an accidental death triggered by cocaine use and heart disease. The singer had a history of addiction to cocaine and other drugs.

"The tragic loss of Whitney Houston left a void in the hearts of people all over the world, but certainly none more so than her beloved family," said Lifetime programming executive Rob Sharenow.

"In this series, the multi-generations of the Houston family will bravely reveal their lives as they bond together to heal, love, and grow," he added in a statement.

Pat Houston said she had been developing a TV project for herself for some time but the unexpected death of Houston had affected the direction of the show.

"It is my hope that others will be enlightened as they watch our family heal and move forward," she said in a statement.

Lifetime, whose audience is largely female, said it had ordered 10 hour-long episodes of the series. A premier date has not yet been announced.

First its Stephenie and secondly its chidi mokeme.....and the news has been filtering the air that popular movie star and top Nolly-wood actress "Funke Akindele" has opened up, for the first time, on news making the rounds that she’s getting marred on May 26.

The ‘Jenifa’ star’s representative confirmed to journalists this morning that the actress will indeed be getting married this year but that ‘May 26 is only a family-traditional introduction. We however want it to be as private as possible’.

‘A wedding proper will happen later on in December’ a rep at BigSam Media tells us.

‘We understand the press are quite eager to report the story because not much is known about Funke’s love life but the couple are taking it slow’, a friend of Funke confirms.

We do not know the identity of the groom-to-be. The actress’ reps have also failed to answer questions about who Akindele will be tying the knot with.

In March 2012, the 35-year-old bachelorette stepped out with an unidentified young man to the weekly Industry Nite at Oriental Hotels; Lekki where Square Records act May D was hosted. Her reps also did not offer any info when we asked who the mystery man was.

Recently,legendary singer "Stevie Wonder‘s" ‘nephew’ with other two people , were arrested on Wednesday, May 2, 2012 for allegedly trying to blackmail the said artiste.

According to reports, "Alpha Lorenzo Walker" who claims to be the singer’s nephew was arrested with his girlfriend "Tamara Eileen Diaz" as they tried extorting money from the singer, claiming they had embarrassing information about him. The couple threatened to go to the tabloids to declare that Walker is a product of an ‘incestuous relationship between Stevie and his sister’.

They both demanded the sum of $5 million, but later lowered it to $10,000.

Both pleaded not guilty and have been in custody since then. They are scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 for a hearing, in which a judge will decide whether there is enough evidence for them to stand trial.

Three years after his demise from the planet earth,people cant still forget the legacy he left behind. According to yahoo, Michael Jackson's glittery gloves, spangled jackets, stage-worn costumes and personal fashion effects are going on a world tour.

Celebrity auctioneer "Darren Julien" says, clothing created by Jackson's longtime costume designers will be exhibited in South America, Europe and Asia before being sold to the highest bidder in December.

The exhibit opens May 18 at the Museo de la Moda in Santiago, Chile. It features items such as Jackson's Captain EO shirt, the black spandex outfit from his "Scream" video and the breakaway suit he wore during his BAD tour in the late 1980s.

The items will be sold by Julien's Auction on December 2, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Guide Dogs of America and Nathan Adelson Hospice in Las Vegas.

RAPPER "MUNA" IN A BATTLE OF WORDS WITH "MODE 9".

Popular rapper Modenine and beauty-queen-turned-rapper Munachi Abii were locked in a war of words during a rap competition which took place some weeks ago.

Muna, who was the host of the just concluded ‘Nokia Don’t Break the Beat’ rap competition which took place at the GET Arena on Saturday, April 28 was involved in a brief exchange of words with Modenine who was a head judge after the rapper decided along with the other judges (renowned disc jockey DJ Jimmy JATT and Knighthouse record label boss Rogba Arimoro) that ‘T.K.O’ had won the final rap bout, with the first runner up being Black Jeez.

Muna sought a different opinion and made it known as she contended the judges’ decision by saying she did not agree with the decision, claiming she had a say in the judgement.

‘I don’t agree with you but, my opinion matters too, you know’, Muna told Modenine.

A clearly pissed off Modenine tried to clear Muna as to what her role as a host should be and how vastly experienced he was a Hip-Hop veteran. ‘I’ve been listening to hip-hop for a long time, trust me, you have to respect my opinion’, the rap veteran told Muna right in front of the crowd.

‘I’ve also been listening to Hip-Hop for a long time, I respect your decision but my opinion matters, please pass the mic men’, Muna rudely replied Modenine right in front of the mammoth crowd.

Speaking with Nigezie right after the show, Modenine said ‘she was very disrespectful but I had to put her in check immediately. I was called here to judge because of my level of experience….It was very wrong for her to just cut me off’.

DJ Jimmy JATT also had something to say <b>‘…It was wrong what she did. Judges are judges, comperes are comperes’. The veteran DJ disclosed that there were other things Muna was doing wrong on stage but they all decided to overlook it.

Speaking with Modenine this morning, he says Muna is yet to issue an apology to him. ‘It’s been a month plus, I’ve forgotten about all that, I’ve got bigger wars to fight. Cocaine is a hell of a drug, stay away from drugs.

And to if he will be releasing any diss songs soon, he says <b>‘I’m a lyrical warrior but I don’t kill women or children’.

Barely four days into the Big Brother reality game show,On Wednesday May 9, 2012, one of Nigeria’s representatives, "Susan Harvey",
 otherwise known as Goldie broke down, during an emotional argument with fellow house mate, Roki.

According to her, Roki had accused her of dripping her make up into the food she was cooking, a comment which caused an argument.

Goldie claimed Roki constantly used the F
word on her, during the argument – something she says she finds very distasteful and
unexpected.

Amidst audible sobs, she let loose,. warning Roki to stay away from her
 path and desist from using such words on her since she was out to make
everybody happy.

In Goldie’s words, ‘I can’t deal with it, I need to express myself…if you
talk to Lady May, don’t talk to me like that, I’m a mother******
 different person. I don’t like people talking to me like that ‘cos I

Later, during her chat with Biggie in the diary room, she broke down in

Recently the Copyright Society of Nigeria (COSON) added and appointed some new elected members to their cabinet.Aces juju turned gospel musician "Ebenezer Obey Fabiyi" has been appointed as the new chairman of the newly inaugurated COSON Advisory board. The 70-year-old was elected at the 2nd Annual General meeting AGM of the association held at Eko FM Hall in Lagos on Tuesday, May 8,2012.

He was elected alongside Prof. (Sir) Victor Uwaifo MON,Dr. Dan Maraya Jos MON, Ms. Onyeka Onwenu MFR, Mr. Laolu Akins, Mr. Sunny Neji, Mr. Toju Ejueyitchie, Dr. Ben Ofoeze, Mr. Ossy Affason and Mr. Dayo Ogunyemi, who are also members of the board.

COSON,in a press conference says the members of the new elected board were selected based on their special skills and experience as they will serve as an important think tank for the parent body.

The newly re-elected chairman of the Copyright Society of Nigeria (COSON), Tony Okoroji spoke extensively on the need for setting up the advisory body. According to him, <b>‘Copyright administration is such a complex undertaking that requires all meaningful contributions. Since the board cannot accommodate more than the stipulated number of eleven members, the board has deemed it proper to set up an Advisory Council which will be made up of seasoned minds and achievers from within and outside the society; whom we believe have the right intellect to inject ideas that should help the board take COSON to our dream of being the Number one in Africa. I wish to state here that we are still building the Advisory Council as more hands will be invited to come on board and I believe in no time, members of COSON will be singing a new song’.


The association also added new executives who have done well for themselves in the music industry to their list . And they are Banky W, Azeezat Allen, Baba Dee, Dr. Adewale Ayuba and Audu Maikori.

‘This is a wonderful initiative, it gives the society an opportunity to benefit from the wealth of knowledge of people who have distinguished themselves in the music business in Nigeria, I am excited as I know this will mean well for all who have the progress of COSON at heart’, Azeezat, one of the newly elected board members said.

According to reports...it might not be true..but with a feeling of speculations,it might be.Recently,a post on micro blogging site, Twitter, by the sinzu rapper formerly known as "Sauce Kid", has been generating mixed reactions.

In the post, Sinzu artiste questioned the moral right of ‘som1’ performing his song on stage without permission. Though no names or the exact song were specified, many have implied that he was referring to teen pop sensation, Davido and his hit track ‘Carolina’.

‘Is it ok 4 some1 else 2 perform ur song? Y will I get on stage n perform som1 else’s song? I Can’t! So why wil som1 do dat 2 me? B D judge’, reads the tweet from Sinzu.

There have been reports of Davido allegedly performing the rapper’s hit single, ‘Carolina’ in recent shows, fuelling talks of a conflict between the pair, which many suggest could end up pretty much the same way it did for singer AY.com and producer and pop artiste, Terry G.

EX-BEAT FM STAFF SACKED FOR STEALING "JOLLOF RICE"

As at now when the news filter the air on Internets,it seem not so many believe it...but we can authoritatively tell you that the story is true!!.

If you will remember Last September, the name "Adewunmi Oyekanmi" became quite popular in the news after the famous assault incident with BEAT FM on-air-personalty "Olisa Adibua". Eight months later, Adewumni has been fired from the company.

According to Sources, the management was prompted to sack Adewunmi after he had another misunderstanding with a Naija FM staff - this time over an item which was missing in the office. Adewunmi was accused of stealing another staff’s meal – a pack of "Jollof rice",lol lol funny though.

It was disclosed that, Adewunmi denied the accusation but a CCTV camera which recorded the whole incident proved him wrong.

Insiders at the Beatfm insist Oyekanmi was not victimized, but only unfortunate to have been the one caught. ‘Management had been trying to stop the issue of stealing. That’s part of the reason they installed CCTV everywhere, and encouraged all staff to report cases of missing items, so these can be tracked using the CCTV recordings. It’s just unfortunate that he’s the one that was caught. If it had been anyone else, the same fate would have befallen that person’

Seriously,There have been intense speculation, and from our findings and investigation we can now authoritatively tell you that Nigeria biggest music exploits "2face Idibia" and fiancée "Annie Macaulay" have secretly tied the knot.

The couple would had decided to stuck to their plan of keeping the first stage of the most anticipated celebrity wedding of the year as low key as possible by making it a strictly family affair.

Sources told us that the private ceremony was attended by only close family members including the parents of the bride and groom. ‘2face’s parents had to fly in just to meet with Annie’s parents and family, he wanted to go alone but later thought it best to bring his parents along’, a close friend of the pop act tells us.

An introduction was done on Tuesday, May 1, 2012, a day after 2face staged his ‘Buckwyld and Breathless’ concert and released his fifth solo album ‘Away and Beyond’. Our sources say both families gathered at the Macaulay’s home in Ajah, on the outskirts of Lagos, for the private meet.

And a day later, on Wednesday, May 2, 2012, 2face and Annie had a private registry wedding in Lagos. The amazing 23-year-old’s chart-topping sophomore album ‘21’ has now surpassed the late Michael Jackson‘s ‘Thriller‘ album on the U.K.’s all-time biggest selling albums list.

According to Nielsen’s Soundscan ‘21’ has now sold 4,274,300 copies in the U.K., 500 more than Jackson’s 1982 classic making it the fifth biggest selling album of all time.

UK band Queen tops the list with sales of 5.83 million from their ‘Greatest Hits‘ release. The Beatles‘ ‘Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band‘ holds the second slot, with 5.04 million copies sold.

SEGUN ARINZE RESIGNED AS ACTOR GUILDS OF NIGERIA (AGN) PRESIDENT.

Its definitely a different strokes for different folks,as we confirmed that National president of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), Segun Arinze, has reportedly resigned, owing to internal wrangling, with immediate effect.

In a statement addressed to the AGN Board of Trustees, and purportedly signed by the actor, he is giving up his post as a result of the ‘sad development’ which marred the guild’s elections, which took place at Baden Hotel in Benin City, Edo state, on Friday April 27, 2012.

Confirmation is yet to be received from the actor, as repeated phone calls and text messages were unanswered at the time of reporting. However, it appears to be the outcome of the ‘drastic action’ he previously told journalist he would take after consultation with the guild’s Board of Trustees (BOT), immediately after the botched elections.

The elections into various positions in the guild have witnessed various challenges over time, including three postponements and a court injunction halting its conduct, championed by factional leader, Emeka Ike.

Below is a copy of the said resignation letter;

‘ …In view of the recent happenings in the actors guild of Nigeria and the recently botched elections in Benin… It is indeed a sad development for AGN. In actual fact my tenure as president ended on the 9th of December 2011 but I stayed on as president in deference to the BOT and the vast majority of our members who prevailed on me to oversee a successful transition to a new president through a free and fair election. The events in Benin on the 28th of April 2012 is now common knowledge. I know I constituted an independent Agnec that was supposed to be devoid of any electoral rancour or external influences. For my integrity and honour, I hereby resign as president of actors guild of Nigeria and it comes into effect immediately. I want to thank the BOT for all the support given during my tenure, the state chapter chairmen, my fellow presidents from other guilds in Nollywood, all AGN members and especially the media for their tremendous support and positive given during my tenure. I want to thank profoundly my wife julie for holding on during the challenging period of service to the guild.

I wish the guild the very best as we move forward.

Just recently at his "Buckwyld and Breathless" concert on Monday, 2face Idibia finally cleared the air on his relationship with Super Eagles and Chelsea FC midfielder Mikel Obi.

2face was about performing his hit song ‘Only me’ when he paused the live band set and asked everyone to listen up…

‘They say I wrote this song (Only me) for Mikel. I did not do this song for Mikel Obi. Mikel Obi is a wonderful and talented footballer. So please stop spreading the rumours’.

In 2010, the news surfaced stating that 2face had recorded ‘Only me’ to spite Mikel Obi after the latter reportedly shunned the pop singer in a UK club. The story was fuelled by the lyrics of the song; even though Idibia mentioned no names..

But in a recent exclusive interview, 2face said ‘It’s just some people who know how to spread rumours, I need to meet the person that started the rumour because it really travelled’.

It will be another season...another mind blowing....another heart-beating...another laughter...another cry.....another!!! i mean another WINNER.....As the entire continent beyond Africa is waiting for Sunday May 6 to witness the start of Big Brother Star Game, but organizers have once again thrown in another surprise!

Just few hours ago, Big Brother announced that seven celebrity housemates will be part of the seventh season of Africa’s biggest reality TV show.

And which Nigerian celeb has been enlisted into the lucky seven? It’s none other than Nigerian pop star and Kennis Music act "Goldie Harvey"!

The other six celebs housemates include , stand-up comedian and television pro "DKB" from Ghana, talented rap icon "Prezzo" from Kenya, award-winning songstress "Lady May" from Namibia, Famed socialite, model and businesswoman "Barbz" from South Africa, R&B diva "Mampi" from Zambia, soulful musician "Roki" from Zimbabwe.

The other contestants have however not been revealed.

Goldie, a determined entertainer and pseudo-eccentric celebrity was disparaged for years, by critics and music fans. But, following her recent successes, it would appear the joke is now on those who labelled her a fame whore; those who swore she’ll never make it big.

As earlier announced, this year’s show will kick off in May and applicants who want to make it to the house must partner with another person to enter as a pair.

According to producers, Big Brother 7 will be screened to 47 countries across the continent, live 24/7 for 91 days on DStv channel 198. The series starts Sunday May 6.WATCH OUT!!!!!

TOP FEMALE NOLLYWOOD ACTRESSES FIGHTS DIRTY WITH PASTOR ITUAH IGODALO

Things are presently not ok with top female Nolly-wood stars,it will be recalled that on Sunday,April 15,2012 was not a blissful day for actresses Eucharia Anunobi,Steph-Nora,Doris Simeon and Pastor Itua Ighodalo of Trinity House Church.

This is because the Pastor who had an award ceremony for Nollywood actresses had a serious misunderstanding with the above mentioned ladies right inside his church.

According to insider sources,Pastor Itua who had good intentions by conceiving the idea of honouring star actresses seized the opportunity to insult them,and as a means of defense they replied him while the church members were left to gape at the drama.

As gathered,Pastor Itua who wanted to give summary of the award initiatives before handing them over to the actresses,delved into the contentious subject of divorce and broken marriages in Nollywood,not minding that all the ladies from Nollywood who were present before him had broken marriages.

According to the sources,the pastor said that Nollywood marriages are breaking up everyday as a result of too much nudity and rituals in our movies.

He was said to have dwelt too much on the issue of broken marriages in Nollywood that people felt that he was directly talking to the three ladies in his church.

He allegedly insisted that he wanted to redeem them from broken marriages and that was the reason of the award.

The actresses were said to have told each other that Pastor Itua has forgotten that his own marriage broke and he had to even take a second wife who he is living with now,as he is not free from what he accused them to be doing.

They insisted that Pastor Itua was expelled from Redeemed Christian Church of God because he left his first wife to marry a second woman without any reason.

After murmuring unbearably with each other,Evangelist Eucharia Anunobi refused to keep quiet.

The time came for her to collect her award from the pulpit,she decided to voice out in defense and against the Pastor.

She was said to have disclosed that she will like to correct the notion that it is only Nollywood marriages that are breaking up.

She indicated that she knew marriages of people who are not stars that had broken,that she knew pastors whose marriages had broken,civil servants whose marriages had broken,bankers,ordinary Nigerians whose marriages had broken.

She lamented that people know about broken marriages in Nollywood because they are in the public light and people know them.

She was said to have asked the pastor,how can you say that Nollywood marriages are breaking everyday? when you marry wrong wife,the marriage will break."When you marry the wrong man also,your marriage will break.

Mine broke not because I wanted it to break.No sane person would marry hoping that the marriage would break,the records must be set straight and not give people wrong impressions about us because as I stand today,I am shining light and ambassador of God in the film industry"she said.

Anger was said to fill the faces of Trinity House Church members when their pastor derailed from his message and focused attention on Nollywood ladies,while they took to clapping when Eucharia was correcting and laying bare his iniquities.

Immediately she finished her bitter remarks,Evangelist Anunobi was said to have moved straight to the Pastor greeted him and left the church premises with other actresses without sitting down again.

TUFACE IDIBIA HONORS IS WIFE TO BE "ANNIE" ON STAGE.

As if to reassure doubting Thomases of his love for his fiancee, 2face Idibia last night brought Annie Macaulay on stage at his ‘Buckwyld and Breathless‘ concert which took place at the Expo Hall of the Eko Hotels and Suites.

The pop icon was in the middle of performing his evergreen love ballad ‘African queen’ when Annie appeared on stage, sitting on a chair, backing the audience.

2face then approached her, handed her a bouquet of flowers and an Uvie crown (made of beads), similar to the crowns queens in the Benin kingdom adorn.

He then brought her towards the stage, as the audience applauded and Annie beamed a wide smile.

It is not the first time Ms Macaulay, who featured in the original ‘African queen’ video, will join Idibia on stage to perform the song.

On February 14, 2012, 2face made a surprise wedding proposal to Annie at Jay Jay Okocha‘s Club 10.

The pair have been inseparable since, even briefly holidaying in the US in March. None of Idibia’s other baby mamas – or any other woman for that matter – has been seen around the bestselling singer, since he proposed to Annie.

We’re told their wedding will happen in a matter of months.
