Words:Adedosu 'kenzy' Adekunle

Rumours has it, its is glaring (so they say),even entertainment tabloids and blogs have reported it, industry people have often spoken about them and close friends can swear on their mother’s lives that these two ‘supposed lovers’ are dating.

Popular singer "TIWA SAVAGE" has finally come out to cleared the air on her relationship with her manager Tunji ‘Tee Billz’ Balogun and she says NO! They aren’t dating.

The 32-year-old in an interview with Encomium Magazine said:
I am not engaged and I am not dating Tee Billz. If I am, you would have seen a ring on my finger indicating that I am engaged. It’s just a rumour
.
And when asked to describe her ideal man, she said:
I will like my man to be tall, dark, handsome and must be fit. He must have a good heart, work hard and must care a lot about me’.

Quick Question: Didn’t she just describe Tee Billz?
Tee Billz is the C.E.O of 323 Entertainment and currently manages Mavin acts Tiwa Savage and D’Prince as well as producer Spellz. He in the past managed Sauce Kid (under the name T-Billion) and had a recent stint with pop singer Dammy Krane.

BUSINESS MOGUL "CHRIS AIRE" PARTS WAYS WITH SINGER AND PRODUER "DUNCAN MIGHTY".

Words.Adedosu 'kenzy' Adekunle

After two consecutive years of business partnership, popular jeweller "Chris Aire" and Port Harcourt singer-producer "Duncan Ikechukwu Wene Mighty" have parted ways.

According to Aire, the partnership has done exactly what it set out to do and, as a result, he’s now withdrawing to focus on other businesses.

This split also gives Duncan Mighty the chance to focus on his home career and continue to develop the young musicians under his tutelage. He is very talented and I wish him all the best’.

According to a release made available to journalist by Aire’s camp, Aire and Duncan Mighty signed a business agreement in May 2011, to further the career of the dance-hall act and to form the Niger Delta Music and Art Project (NDMAP)
.
The purpose of the NDMAP is to develop the careers of young up and coming artists from the Niger Delta, giving them opportunities to expand their career on a scale that may not have previously been afforded them.
In this two year period, Duncan Mighty was able to fully establish himself as an artiste outside the walls of Port Harcourt, recording and performing with international music superstar Shaggy and shutting down tops shows in and out of the country.

Don’t forget that controversial Rolls Royce Wene Mighty was pictured with and alleged to have bought…
No comments yet from the bestselling art though – he did not immediately reply messages sent to his phone, and efforts to speak with him were fruitless.

POPULAR NOLLYWOOD ACTOR "NKEM OWOH" HUMILATES WIDOW

 Words:Adedosu 'kenzy' Adekunle

Nkem Owoh better known as Osuofia was in a land tussle with a poor and helpless widow, not many believed us. Most people felt we were reporting a 'Nollywood movie' but that was not the case as we can confirm to you that the widow, Mrs Ayogu has now petitioned the Enugu State police commissioner.

According to a copy of the petitioned  retrieved, Mrs Ayogu alleged that Osuofia is trying to use his popularity and some forces in the Nigerian police to humiliate and force her to forgo her only asset, which was the land her late husband left for her and the children. When we contacted Mrs Ayogu on the matter, She confirmed to us that Osuofia is trying to force her part ways with her land. She also to us that the actor, who is an MTN ambassador, sent some thugs to pull down the structure she had already put on the land.

When we tried to put a call through to Osuofia to get his side of the story, his known numbers were not going through as they were not reachable as at press time. An advocacy foundation, Zahara Women Foundation has already taken up the case.

A copy of the petition written by the woman is presented below.

The Commissioner of Police
Enugu State Police Command
Enugu

Dear Sir.

WILLFUL DESTRUCTION OF MY HOUSE @ PLOT 11 EMEHELUAKU LAYOUT, TRANS EKULU ENUGU BY MR NKEM OWOH (OSUOFIA) AND HIS AGENTS

I know that you have a listening ear and would hear the cry of an oppressed and helpless widow. I know that your intervention will enable me get justice from those who think they are stronger than me. I believe that my cry to you for help will not return without getting the proper assistance.

I woke up in the morning of Monday October 1, 2012 only to hear that a house I am building to provide shelter for my little children at Plot 11 Emeheluaku Layout, Trans Ekulu, Enugu, has been destroyed by Mr Nkem Owoh (also known as Osuofia) and his agents.

Like thieves, they came at night to rob me of the only possession I am saving to be home for my children in the future. When neighbours called me to give me this information, I thought it was not true but on getting to the site, my heart broke as I saw my labours and toils and savings and sacrifices of several years completely destroyed by a man who have for sometime been persuading me to part with the said plot of land.

My encounter with Mr Nkem Owoh began shortly after my husband, Mr Ben Ayogu died in December, 2004, just months after we purchased this plot of Land.

Being a teacher, I had saved with my husband to buy this particular plot of land and we were already making plans to build on it when the cold hands of death stole him from me, leaving me to look after our very little children, the oldest of whom was just five (five) years old then.

After mourning my husband, I discovered that there were some missing documents from our apartment, the most important of which was the documents for this plot of land. I raised the alarm then and when nobody came forth with information on its whereabouts, I quickly ran to the Nigeria Police Station at Abakpa Junction here in Enugu to make a report.

I also went to the Ministry of Lands, where, armed with the police extract, I was able to obtain the Certified True Copy (CTC) of the property. But not long after, Mr Nkem Owoh appeared, claiming ownership of the land. I tried to inform him that I had neither sold the land nor authorized its sale to anybody but he insisted the plot belonged to him.

The matter continued to drag between us until it got to a point when he began to ask that we settle. Having not sold the land and having no intention to sell the land, I told him there was nothing to settle. He persuaded me with all manner of offers, including that of paying extra money to motivate me to relinquish the land but I said no.

Sir, this plot of land is perhaps the only major valuable I was able to invest in with my husband and we did it then because we wanted a proper home for our children. Even now, as I struggle to bring them up, this land remains the only valuable property that we have.

So when Mr Nkem Owoh felt he was not succeeding in persuading me to part with this land, he began to use threats and on several occasions said he was going to forceful take possession of the land and vowed that since I claimed God will fight for me, that I had better bring down my Creator when the chips are down.

Each time he comes to meet me, he usually came with a retinue of dangerous looking thugs but I was never to be cowed into giving him the only property I am leaving for my children.

Because my salary was barely enough to pay our rent, pay for the school fees of the children and provide for their upkeep, I felt it was proper to construct a house no matter how small on the land so that we can move in and thus begin to save what we were using to pay house rents.

Thus I began construction four years ago (in 2008). I was slowly building this potential home of ours because my income was not large enough for speedy construction. I had to even take a loan to enable us finish and park in this year.

Sir, this building had been practically completed. I had roofed the house and was about hanging the doors and windows, having also installed the frames when Nkem Owoh and his agents struck, bringing the entire structure, my four years of labour to ordinary rubble.

I have nowhere else to go except to your esteemed office. I am a poor widow. I have no other source of help except from God and from public spirited people like you.

When I saw the damage done to this property of mine, I ran to the Trans Ekulu Police Station where I was rebuffed by an officer who, even without investigating the matter, concluded that Nkem Owoh is not a trouble maker and could never have done such evil. This officer refused my entreaties and sent me away, saying Police do not treat land matters. But sir, this is not just a land matter. It is a criminal destruction of property.

I left heart-broken. He WILLFULLY destroyed all I labored for. He did it because he is rich and perhaps popular enough to act his way out of justice.

I cry to you knowing what you have done in the past to help helpless people like me. I cry to you because someone is trying to forcefully take my property from me. I cry to you because I trust in your willingness, disposition and capacity to give justice to the oppressed.

My confidence is high, knowing that you shall help us find justice. I therefore kindly pray that you use your good office to cause that this criminal destruction of my house be handed over to another police station or team, especially since the Trans Ekulu Police have shown very clear prejudice at thievery onset.

My life and those of my children are also in danger. Nkem Owoh, a man society should look up to for good examples had severally threatened to deal with me for my refusal to let him take my land.

He had stated he would deal with me. And seeing the crowd of horrible looking thugs he keeps company with, I feel really threatened. A man capable of destroying such a property has the capacity to destroy just about anything standing in the way of him having his way.

Attached are the Certified True Copy (CTC) of the property given to me by the State Ministry of Lands; the police extract of my report and the picture of the building.

Thank you very much for your anticipated speedy intervention in this matter.

Very Truly Yours

Gloria U. Ayogu (Mrs.)

BIG BROTHER AFRICA WINNER "UTI" IN A SUPPOSED RELATIONSHIP WITH NOLLY-WOOD ACTRESS.

Words:Addosu 'kenzy' Adekunle

Rumours has it that Big Brother Africa winner "Uti Nwachukwu" is gay can now take a back seat, as  gathered that the TV show host and ‘man about town’ may be in a secret relationship with actress "Beverly Naya".

Although many people have tried to link Uti to some women before now, no one has ever been able to make it stick, which then spurred the gay rumours, especially because of his closeness to his pal Alex Ekubo.

Sources say the romance between Uti and Beverly has been going on for a while, and although they’ve been spotted at the same events a few times, both have done a fantastic job of keeping their relationship away from the public.

Although we could not immediately independently confirm this, those close to him tell us that Beverly, who relocated to Nigeria from the UK, is known and welcome at Uti’s family home and ‘is well loved by his family and friends’.

The actress hit the limelight  a few years ago after playing the lead role in the movie ‘Home In Exile.’ She also featured in EME act Banky W’s music video for the song “Follow You Go”. At Uti’s birthday party earlier in the year, which he celebrated with a group of Nigerian widows at the Calabar Hall in Surulere, when asked when he would be getting married, he replied that it may just happen soon, as one could never tell. Is it possible he’s found his bride?

We’ll keep a tab on these two, to see what unfolds.

ENTERTAINMENT GURU "AYO ANIMASHAUN" IN SEX ASSAULT SCANDAL.

Words:Adedosu 'kenzy' Adekunle

This are not the best time for music and entertainment guru "Ayo Animashaun".Beans spilling from the can of The Headies (Hip Hop World Awards) boss, seems very smelly as he is in an alleged sexual harassment mess with a teenage girl. According to a source, Ayo is accused of sexually harassing a former female staff of his while the girl was on intern with him. The source gave the name of the 19 years old ex-worker of Ayo as Ajoke.

The source narrated that Ajoke was working with Ayo's TV section of the company, (Hip On TV) when this ugly incident happened. Soon after Ayo's former front desk officer, who is also a lady resigned under controversial issues, Ayo drafted Ajoke to that desk pending the time he finds a replacement for the former person. But a week later, Ajoke was sacked and her salary not paid. When the Ajoke's mother arrived from the UK, she told her mum how Ayo allegedly made some sexual advances to her especially when they were alone. This infuriated the mother, who then stormed her daughter's former office to make a warning to Ayo that her daughter is not from a poor home and does not need his salaries or sexual advances to survive.

She then reportedly told Ayo that he should pay Ajoke the salary owed her or get her (Ajoke's mum) wrath. This 'threat' reportedly worked as Ayo was said to have quickly paid Ajoke the unpaid salary in order to silence the case. The source further revealed that Ayo is in the habit of sacking his staffs for unknown reasons. He was also accused of locking up a staff of his for three days simply because he (the staff) paid salary without his (Ayo's) approval. Based On confirmation Sources contacted Ayo on phone to get his side of the story, but he told us to send him a text message containing the allegation he needed to respond to. This we did immediately on Friday October 5, 2012 at about 8:13pm. He didn't reply our message.

On Sunday, October 7, 2012, we sent a reminder text message to him on the same story at 9:08pm still, he didn't respond to our messages. As at the time we published this story, Ayo has still neither replied our text message nor gotten in touch with us on the issue.

VIDEO DIRECTOR "KEMI ADETIBA" IN MONEY SCANDAL

Words:Adedosu 'kenzy' Adekunle

First female video director in Nigeria and host of the popular Tv Realty show "Maltina Dance Show" has been arrested. According to National Enquirer magazine reported, the host of the recently concluded dance oriented reality TV show, Maltina DanceHall sponsored by Nigerian Breweries, Kemi Adetiba has been trying to manage a scandal for quite a while now.

The pretty and good looking TV gal is currently swimming in a messy fraud which might mar her hard earned reputation if not nip in the bud. The Law graduate turned superstar compere, TV host, MC extraordinaire and cinematographer with a difference we gathered was arrested by the anti graft agency, Economic & Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC over her shady involvement in a N15m belonging to a church in Gbagada area of Lagos. According to sources, the money-N15m (fifteen million Naira) was said to have been entrusted in care of the multi-talented lady to help a certain non-governmental organization in the church to handle some production deal which she never did.

Though details of the deal is still sketchy as at press time, we gathered reliably that Kemi was arrested and whisked to the Okoti-Eboh street, Ikoyi office of the EFCC shortly before the Maltina DanceHall season 6 kicked off. The Ekiti State-born lady whom we learnt cannot express herself in Yoruba had to beg the officials of the EFCC to allow her host the show (Maltina DanceHall Season 6) promising she will make sure she sort out the debt as soon as she finished the show. At the EFCC office, the eligible spinster who's holding an enviable records of being one of Nigeria's most sought after cinematographers and video director, we learnt invited her aged father who pleaded with the EFCC team to temper justice with mercy and allow her host the show.

Our source who`s close to the complainant has promised to get us further details before our next production. Meanwhile, efforts to get Kemi Adetiba on her MTN mobile phone proved abortive as twice when we tried to call her, the phone was switched off.
